Lemeno is a fully digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there is no physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery involved at any point.

Instant Activation

Your Lemeno account is activated as soon as you sign up. Any paid plan is activated immediately once your payment is confirmed through Razorpay — there is no waiting period.

Once active, you can set up your watches straight away and they begin working right after you create them.

How Your Alerts Are Delivered

Lemeno delivers your alerts and reminders electronically, primarily over WhatsApp (and email where applicable). Alerts are sent as events happen — around the clock — so you receive them the moment something you're watching changes.

Delivery timing depends on the third-party source being watched and on WhatsApp and network availability.

Confirmation

When you set up a watch, Lemeno confirms it on WhatsApp so you know it's active. If a paid plan or a watch ever fails to activate, please contact us and we'll put it right.
